St. Leonard's Youth Work Update

Coming up this week... Here's what we'll be doing this week... Cell Groups The Cell groups will be continuing to look at Advent and Christmas this week. Friday Pathfinders At Younger Pathfinders, we will be having a Star Wars themed night in anticipation of the release of the 7th instalment in the franchise. While at Older Pathfinders, we will be participating in some 'games from around the world'. Letters! The letters for the Christmas Social, Youth Weekend Away and Soul Survivor need to be handed in by Friday the 11th of December. If you still haven't received a letter, speak to one of your leaders. Sunday Pathfinders/CYFA Both Sunday Pathfinders and CYFA will be on this Sunday.

Coming up this week... Here's what we'll be doing this week... Cell Groups Most groups will have finished the prayer course last week and will be beginning to look at advent and Christmas! A reminder that the Christmas Social is fast approaching, so if you want to attend you need to fill in the letters that were handed out last week by the 11th of December! Friday Pathfinders At both Younger and Older Pathfinders we will be doing dark games! CYFA/Sunday Pathfinders CYFA will be staying in church this week, while Sunday Pathfinders will be running the Children's Slot in the service before going to Pathfinders to start thinking about Christmas! Youth Weekend Away/ Soul Survivor The Youth Weekend Away and Soul Survivor letters were handed out last week. If you want to attend, you need to hand in the forms and the deposit by the 11th of December! If you need a letter let me know!

Coming up this week... Here's what we'll be doing this week... Cell Groups Cell groups are back on this week, and most groups will be coming to the end of the prayer course. You will also be getting invites to the Cell Christmas Social on 17th December. Friday Pathfinders This week, both Younger Pathfinders and Older Pathfinders will be putting their strength to the test! For Younger Pathfinders, we will be doing some Cross fit. While at Older, we will be doing Ninja Warrior. Soul Survivor/ Youth weekend Away And once again, it is time to think about Soul Survivor, and the youth weekend away - letters will be given out this week - sorry for the volume of paperwork!! Sunday Pathfinders Sunday Pathfinders will be on this week and they will be planning the children's slot for the service on the 29th so come with lots of ideas! CYFA will be staying in Church where we'll be finishing looking at Isaiah.

Coming up this week Here's what's happening this week... Cell Groups As mentioned in last weeks blog, there won't be any Cell groups this week due to Cell leaders training. A game of 'Move round if' which ended quite spectacularly... Pathfinders For Younger Pathfinders, we will be doing crazy golf. And for Older Pathfinders, we will be doing Boys vs Girls. The dress up phase of Younger Pathfinders Boys vs Girls a few weeks ago. CYFA/Sunday Pathfinders Both CYFA and Pathfinders will be on this week. Pathfinders will be continuing their look at Isaiah.

Coming up this week... I hope everyone has had a lovely half term! Heres what happening over the next couple of weeks! Pathfinder and CYFA Breakfast Cell Groups Cell groups are on as usual this week however next week there won't be Cell groups as the leaders are having some training. Friday Pathfinders Pathfinders this Friday is having a bonfire night special. We will be meeting at 17 Witney road from 6:30 to 7:45 - for one week only older and younger Pathfinders will be meeting together. Please wear warm clothes as we will be outside! Church This Sunday is remembrance Sunday so there are no groups and Church will be at the earlier time of 10am Other... The Church is holding a meeting to discuss the 0-18s ministry this Sunday at 4pm. Everyone is welcome and there will be a chance to hear what is happening and to give input into what will happen in the coming months.
